Millets are better substitutes for gluten free diet and they have more fibre and they help in weight management. However millets have some other features that doesn’t allow the iodine to be absorbed in the diet. So you may have iodine deficiency which is very much needed for thyroid function. So unfortunately millets are not very good for thyroid patients. So stay healthy.
